Virginia Sue Saunders, 69, of Oran passed away Thursday, Aug. 8, 2024, at her home.
She was born Feb. 23, 1955, in St. Louis, daughter of William Carman and Sylvi Jones Bradshaw. She and Virgil Saunders were married Jan. 30, 1971, in St. Louis.
Virginia was a beloved wife to Virgil for 53 years. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She enjoyed sewing and loved taking care of her family.
Loving survivors include her husband; daughters, Christine (Scott) Brown and Tammy (Kevin) Moore, both of Advance; grandchildren, Heather Brown, Nicole Brown (Ray Bobo), Clayton (Brandy) Froman and Abby Froman; three great-grandchildren; one brother and four sisters.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Cremation will be accorded by McCombs Funeral Home and Cremation Center. Services will be at a later date.
