Carol Eilene McRoy, daughter of the late Donald and Virginia Hulsey Reiter, was born on July 25, 1943, in Sikeston, Missouri and departed this life on October 17, 2021, in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 78 years.
Funeral services were conducted at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter on Tuesday, October 19, 2021. Interment followed in the Dexter Cemetery.
