Billy Swinney, son of the late Chester and Virginia Swinney, was born June 21, 1950 in Sikeston, Missouri, and departed this life Jan. 14, 2025, in Dexter, Missouri, at the age of 74.
Visitation will be held at Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter from 11 a.m. until noon Friday, Jan. 17, 2025. Funeral services will then be conducted in the Mathis Funeral Home Chapel at noon Friday, Jan. 17, 2025.
