The 2019 Health/Resource Fair was held at in the Dexter High School gym Thursday afternoon. Free screenings of blood sugar, blood pressure, Body Mass Index were among the many options at the fair. The fair was sponsored by the Dexter Public School System and the Stoddard County Health Coalition.
