* Police were summoned to W. Market St. at 9:25 p.m. Monday for a domestic dispute. No arrests followed.
* Malik A. Smith, 20, of Dexter was arrested at 9:24 a.m. Tuesday at 312 W. Stoddard for shoplifting.
* Rebekah A. Greer, 31, of Essex was arrested on a warrant for probation violation at 9:51 a.m. Tuesday at the local parole office. She was transferred to the county jail where she remains without bond.
* Kyle A. Pennington, 20,of Bloomfield was placed under arrest at the local parole office for probation violation at 9:54 a.m. Tuesday.
* Police report that a counterfeit bill changedhands at 713 W. Business 60 Tuesday morning. An investigation continues.
* Ramon Martinez, 38, of Bloomfield was arrested on a warrant service at the local parole office at 3:39 p.m. Tuesday.
* Property damage to a vehicle parked at East City Park was reported to police at 5:35 p.m. Tuesday.
* A bicycle was found in the yard of a home on S. Sassafras St. and turned over to police.
* An accident at 819 W. Business Hwy. 60 at 11:52 a.m. Wednesday occurred when Tatum M. Stone, 19, of Bernie backed out of a parking space and struck a vehicle driven by Ronnie R. Hessling, 74, who was driving across the lot.
* Police were summoned to S. Sassafras St. at 12:21 p.m. Wednesday when it was reported that utilities were set up at a residence with an individual using a false identity.

Oct. 8-9, 2014
* Rhonda Jean Holt, 51, of Puxico was arrested on four warrants for passing bad checks. Total bond was set at $10,000, and she bonded out.
* Heather Lenora Black, 35, of Malden was arrested on a warrant for forgery. Her bond was set at $5,000, and she bonded out.
* Lisa Marie Wells, 33, of Kennett was arrested on two warrants for probation violation. There is no bond, and she remains in jail.
