* Police are investigating a report on Tuesday of failure to return rental property including an oxygen concentrator, V-Pap machine and a Humidaire machine.

* A summons was issued Tuesday at 1:32 p.m. to Tommy Everett Jones, 66, of Dexter, at 702 N. Mulberry for third degree domestic assault.

* Property damage to a rear windshield on a parked vehicle on S. Kitchen Street was reported to police at 1:34 p.m. Tuesday.

* Police are in possession of a lost or stolen license place bearing the number FG1Z4D.

* Police arrested Eddie Ray Boyles, 42, and Jamie Mae Boyles, 47, both of Dexter at 7:37 p.m. Tuesday on W. Bain Street. Eddie Boyles is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 35 grams of marijuana. His bond was set at $750. Jamie Boyles was charged on a Greene County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of drug possession. No bond was set.

* Police arrested Parnell Jermaine Arnold, 32, of Sikeston at 10:10 p.m. Tuesday at Locust and Holmes Dr. on Scott County warrants for felony non-support and for stealing (more than $500). His bond was set at $2,500.

* Police report that a gold Ford Explorer struck and damaged a headstone and left the scene at Dexter Cemetery just before 2 p.m. Wednesday.

* James M. Gordon, 36, of Toledo, Ohio was arrested at 1:03 a.m. in Stoddard County for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was transported to the Stoddard County Jail.

* A Dexter man, James C. Scott, 64, sustained minor injuries in a wreck at 2:10 a.m. Thursday on Highway 25, two miles north of Bernie in Stoddard County. The patrol reports that Scott was northbound on Hwy. 25 when his 2001 Dodge Ram ran off the roadway and struck a utility pole. He was taken by ambulance to SoutheastHEALTH Center of Stoddard County for treatment.
