A special day at the fair

The Stoddard County Fair Board and Tinsley's Amusements teamed up again this years to allow the clients of the Stoddard County ARC and other agencies to have the fairgrounds to themselves. After enjoying the rides, the clients were served lunch at the fairgrounds.
