Veterans Fishing Day at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery

The American Legion Post 59 of Dexter and the Missouri Department of Conservation hosted a fishing day for military veterans at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield. Veterans enjoyed a morning of fishing. Following the fishing, the veterans were treated tyo a fish and chicken dinner. The American Legion Post 59, Missouri Department of Conservation, Stoddard County EMS, Wings Etc., Walmart, Tooties, Sam Huey, Elderland and numerous volunteers donated food, supplies and time to make the event possible.
