Richland High School celebrates graduation

Diplomas were awarded to the 21 members of the Richland Class of 2021 Friday evening.

Richland graduates Jarod Baker (left), Adam Chafin and Alejandro Reed pose for a photo after graduation on Friday night. Baker and Chafin are headed into the US Army reserves and will leave in mid-June. Reed is going into the active US Army and leaves the first week of June for basic training. Richland had 21 students graduate on Friday.

Five of Richalnd’s 2021 graduates each received a scholarship from SEMO Electric Cooperative in the amount of $880. Receiving the scholarships were, from left: Tanner Freeman, Olivia Chafin, Shelby Mayabb, Chloe Holman, and Adam Chafin.
