The Dexter Ministerial Alliance hosted the annual National Day of Prayer in front of Dexter City Hall. The first Thursday in May was established as the National Day of Prayer by congress and President Ronald Reagan in 1988. The event brings together communities across the nation to pray for local, state and national leaders.
