Bloomfield Chamber names Hill woman of the year; Rhodes man of the year

The Bloomfield Chamber awarded its first $250 scholarship to Bloomfield senior Ethan Pennington. To qualify a student must major in business, hospitality or tourism. Pennington will major in business.
