19th case of COVID-19 confirmed in Stoddard County

Stoddard County confirmed its 19th case of COVID-19. Stoddard County Health Center Director Ben Godwin confirmed that 10 of the 19 cases are now listed as recovered recovered. This leaves nine active cases in Stoddard County.
