Tammy Kaye Boulay, daughter of the late Dorothy Hunt Odom, was born on July 20, 1965 in Dexter and departed this life on April 20, 2020 at Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center, in Poplar Bluff, Missouri at the age of 54 years.
Ms. Boulay was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
She is survived by her son, John Richmond of Eielson AFB, Alaska; by two daughters, Kristen Munyon of Hudson, Massachusetts and Shannon Gallagher of North Attleborough, Massachusetts; by her sister, Trisha Sadler-DeProw of Gideon, Missouri; by eight grandchildren; and by many nieces and nephews.
Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter is in charge of all arrangements.
